My Purpose and Resolve

I've always been taught, "a penny saved is a penny earned", and that everyone has their own "2 cents" to add to how we ought to go through this journey we call life. Imagine if we were to save all those insightful "2 cents", imagine how "rich" our lives would become! I hope this blog will not only inspire, but allow for knowledge and growth in the Treasure Valley Real Estate Market. And PLEASE, share this blog with your friends! Boise finds itself in the "TOP 20" again!!!

And no! It's not the Football! Team!!!

Boise was rated 18 of the top 20 Healthiest Housing Markets for 2011!!! Check out the evidence for yourself!!

Boise is #18!

With a 109% projected increase for building permits for the year, with CBH Homes leading the way,
2011 is shaping up to be a year in which if you are currently a fence sitter, you might want to "JUMP OFF" before you're left with a sliver in your bum!!! (Unless of course it's a Vinyl fence...haha... "building humor")



You think that sign is silly don't you!!! Who would be crazy enough to sit on "that fence"...... what I'm telling you is I'm asking you the same question!
